pr1-appliance tests cont.

During the last week I tried to build a test platform including all equipments I was able to find around my pr1-appliance board…
here is the result :

The goal was not to do load tests on multiple channels but to be able to test interconnectivity between my different equipments trough pr1-appliance and to test audio quality for calls terminated on PSTN to mobile & standard phones.

Basic call routing was setup to be able to route national calls to PSTN via the Quintum AS , and international calls to the IBT20 isdn tester

the most critical path to test was calling from the IBT20 to a mobile phone :

IBT20 <-E1-> pr1-appliance <-SIP-> Quintum AS <-> PSTN <-> Mobile Phone

all tests where successfully with optimal audio quality !

next step will be to do same tests on multiple simultaneous channels …

    Hi Mark,
    Bravo for this design, never seen a PRI PBX as small as this.
    Can we estimate the number of simutaneous calls (channels) ?
