New firmware for PR1-Appliance with LEC-64-PRI support

New firmware (uImage-pr1-ui2.13) for PR1-Appliance with LEC-64-PRI support has been released.
It is based on Astfin 2.1but still is using Asterisk 1.4.21.

It is based on Astfin 2.1 and uses UBIFS file system.
This is a bug fix release as well, so we strongly recommend it.

UBIFS support was added in Astfin 2.1

UBIFS is a new generation flash file system with rich features set including compression on the fly.
It is scalable in terms of partition size. It has neat journal and fast garbage collector.
In addition UBIFS can postpone writing to the flash chip (write-back caching) which can speed up file system operations dramatically in some cases. For more information take a look at ubifs in Astfin 2.1

Astfin 2.1 BETA released

New BETA version of Astfin has been released. Astfin 2.1 is now build around Linux kernel 2.6.28.10.
Still we recommend using 2.0 for production.

H323 support

As of today you can use h.323 in Astfin. Support for all boards is available.
At this point there is no support through the GUI, so manual configuration for h.323 endpoints
is required. As usual, see our svn for details
GSM1 – released

Our low cost, single port, GSM trunking module GSM1 has been officially released.
The module is compatible with the popular PBXs – IP04, IP08 and FX08.
The first production units will be available shortly and will be distributed in a bundle with IP04.
